The only problem with Far Cry 5’s ending is that it very thoroughly concludes the story and yet after the credits roll you’re right back in action for the endgame as if nothing happened. That’s just weird. Games that don't let you return to the open world after the ending face a huge amount of backlash.Far Cry 6 is probably the worst game in the franchise. Far Cry 6. In my opinion, the worst game in the Far Cry series. The game doesn't offer anything new, except for the very chopped map of Far Cry 5. The two main female baddies, who are supposed to be "badass", are cringe and you just pray that the dialogues with them end as soon as possible and so does the whole game.

The community is Deeply divided over what makes and indeed what is a good far cry game. Far cry 3 and 4 have an extremely similar formula in terms of gameplay mechanics and story progression. Far cry 5 changed things up, and did some things differently. That's inevitably not going to sit well with some people who liked 3 and 4.

Feels undercooked, more buggy than normal with bad checkpoints and long loading screens. Game is also balanced for co-op or at least with anNPC tagging along which makes stealth a bit hard.

Hours of Darkness has amazing atmosphere and some interesting mechanics, but it’s a bit short and has limited guns/enemies and lower replay value. Zombies is undoubtably the worst. Hours of Darkness. Mars is good and I haven't played zombies yet but imo Hours of Darkness is the best.
